Hide Screen

There are times when we need to hide some parts of the computer screen, or display some images or instructions on the screen when recording a professional computer video clip. This utility software makes it an easy task.

Hiding Computer Screen

Screen Concealer allows to cover portions of a computer screen using Masks.

Masks can be defined, and placed on the screen when needed. Each mask consists of 4 mask-parts, which can be set as visible or invisible.

Saved mask-parts can be relocated and resized temporarily, and returned to the saved position by clicking "Back to Saved" button.

Hot Keys are special shortcut keys that provide quick access to frequently used functions.

Here, they can be used to show or hide:
  • The main program window
  • The last selected mask
  • Any mask by its order number

ScreenConcealer window does not need to be open to select a mask.

A make part can have a background image instead of a solid color.

To set an image to a mask-part, click browse, and select your desired image.

The image formats can be:
BMP, Gif, PNG, JPG, JPE, JPEG, TIF, TIFF.

Disguise Feature:

Makes parts of computer screen look disappeared, by matching the background of the mask-parts to the screen.

It can be used when recording video clips from computer screen, creating animations, special effects, etc.

Software Modes:
  • Single-mask mode - The software is initially available in this mode.

    It is free, allows the software functions for one mask, and limits each of its mask-parts to 3/4 of the width and height of the computer screen.

    It has no time limit and never displays nagging messages.

  • Multi-mask mode - This mode allows to define 30 masks. A ScreenConcealer Key can be purchased for a computer to convert it to this mode.

    The key is valid for all versions of the software. It is sold per computer, and will always work on the computer that it is purchased for.
